Anthony J.
Simboli attended Princeton University and received
his masters from the Department of Urban Studies and Planning
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He started his
real estate career in 1985 in Facilities Management, then moved
to Real Estate Lending and later joined ACS Development Corporation.
For the past 15 years, he has managed the company's Facilities
and Construction Departments. He has also been essential to
all aquisition and financing decisions. Today, he is President
of the ACS Development Corporation and directs all day-to-day
operations.
Patricia Simboli attended Bowdoin College
and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School for her
Masters in Business Administration. She spent the first half
of her career at JP Morgan in New York and London. Since joining
ACS Development Corporation, Patricia has led the company's
Marketing and Leasing efforts, Tenant Relations program and
guided its Finance and Investment decisions. Today, she is responsible
for Special Projects, including Strategic Planning, Acquisitions
and Development, and Investments outside the Real Estate industry.
Together, Anthony and Patricia share a vision to make ACS Development
Corporation one of the most well-managed private real estate
companies in New England, proudly serving both the communities
in which it owns and develops property and its clients.
